We represent our clients in the opening of letters of credit, transfer processes, maritime trade, transport and demurrage, port processes and related disputes. Before that, however, we take the necessary care to ensure that our clients do not encounter problems by preparing contracts that comply with international law, drafting them in the common language of both parties with full mutual agreement. In international trade, the “zero problems” principle is one that guides contract law at our firm. Disputes that do arise are resolved before foreign authorities and, where necessary, in international arbitration proceedings. Particularly in the most problematic matters, such as notices of defect abroad and the collection of receivables abroad, we provide end-to-end services to both exporting and importing clients.
